Jason Roofe
Jason Roofe is a Client Director with 30 years’ experience of Transformation and Project leadership, supporting a wide range of firms, predominantly in Financial Services, including American Express, Westpac, St. James’s Place and Lloyds Bank. He has led programmes and projects requiring fundamental business and IT transformation, platform and systems integration, large-scale data migration and product launch and development.
Jason specializes in getting the most out of existing client teams: refocusing, repurposing and giving voice to solutions so often ‘hidden in plain view’, re-structuring the governance and organisation to focus on the task in a more effective and efficient way, and setting up the drum beat for effective delivery.

Manny Gill
Manny has 25 years of experience in restructuring and transforming Private Equity portfolio firms and listed companies in both M&A deals and transformation programmes. He is a qualified accountant with deep expertise in shared services, creating offshore centres, and financial and investment process transformation.
Manny is a highly outcome-focused, hands-on leader. He has outstanding stakeholder management skills, typically operating at board level or with investors. Manny designs and implements target operating models (e.g. shrink to grow) in complex situations and challenging time scales, delivering improved EBITDA and business valuations.
He has won awards for the best new shared service centre in India (SSON, 2019), best acquisition (CiteAb, 2022) and the MBA prize at Warwick Business School in 2008.

Kiran Rasoda
Kiran is a recruitment professional and leads The Barton Partnership’s Transformation and Change practice. She provides independent consultants for digital, transformation and change initiatives.
She has an extensive network of high-performing consultants at all levels (from analyst to partner/MD). A large proportion of these consultants were trained in top-tier firms such as BCG, Big4 and Accenture, while also maintaining relationships with industry and functional SMEs.
Programmes supported include Rescue/Recovery, Business Continuity, Sustainability, Re-organisational Design and Real Estate Rationalisation; delivering business-wide change (Inc. Jon Wilson

Victoria leads The Barton Partnership’s North American business and is based in New York. Since graduating with her master’s degree from Cambridge University she has built a successful career in executive recruiting and market research focused on strategy and transformation in the US and UK. She has worked with global strategy firms, Big 4 consultancies, and small to mid-sized boutiques. Victoria’s experience spans all levels and all sector areas.
Prior to joining The Barton Partnership, Victoria established and led the New York office of a boutique professional services search firm.

Jan Truter
Jan Truter joined the company in 2019 as CFO & COO to build, develop and modernize the support functions whilst focusing on strategic objectives and business growth.
Prior to joining The Barton Partnership Jan worked as the Commercial Finance Director at Medacs Global Group which is part of the AIM-listed Impellam Recruitment Group. He also has experience in a Commercial and Strategy role with CNN, having previously headed a Finance department in a Manufacturing environment and leading an advisory and consulting practice for BDO.
He holds Chartered qualifications in Finance and Business Management having obtained a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Commerce from Stellenbosch University.

Nicola Oates
Nikki joined The Barton Partnership in 2022 as Chief People Officer. Nikki has more than 20 years of experience within the recruitment industry. Having early success as a recruiter and leading the UK’s most profitable teams at the Adecco group, she moved into talent development. This proved to be a wise decision, as, over the next 15 years, she carved out her career as a highly successful HR practitioner, MCIPD, leading global teams for brands including SThree, Goodman Masson and Spencer Ogden.
As Chief People Officer, Nikki is responsible for the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an expectational team of professionals. Her role is to optimise people-centred activities, encompassing talent acquisition, training, professional development, and performance management.

Susie Ticknell-Smith
Susie joined The Barton Partnership in 2020 as the Head of Contracts and Compliance. She has over 8 years’ Compliance experience, starting her career at an IT recruitment agency. As the Head of Contracts and Compliance, Susie supports the Independent Consulting Team to manage and co-ordinate their portfolio of Consultants and Clients, whilst also working closely with the Finance Team.

Julie Hill
Julie joined The Barton Partnership in 2021 as Group Financial Controller. Julie has a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, is qualified with CIMA, and has13 years of PQE experience.
Her background has been in client-centred businesses, working in a variety of media and marketing agencies, professional services and recruitment companies. She joined The Barton Partnership to streamline our processes, build reporting functionality and develop finance partnering.

Phillip Ward
Phil originally joined The Barton Partnership as a graduate in 2012, and spent nine years at TBP recruiting strategic and M&A talent for a variety of clients.
Having spent just over a year away from the business recruiting operations talent at Uber, Phil has re-joined The Barton Partnership as Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the business executes its ambitious headcount growth plans in the coming years.
