Kiran is a recruitment professional and leads The Barton Partnership’s Transformation and Change practice. She provides independent consultants for digital, transformation and change initiatives.
She has an extensive network of high-performing consultants at all levels (from analyst to partner/MD). A large proportion of these consultants were trained in top-tier firms such as BCG, Big4 and Accenture, while also maintaining relationships with industry and functional SMEs.
Programmes supported include Rescue/Recovery, Business Continuity, Sustainability, Re-organisational Design and Real Estate Rationalisation; delivering business-wide change (Inc. M&A/Post-merger Integration, Turnarounds, and Re-alignment of TOM); Cross-Functional Transformations including Operational, Systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce etc), Finance, and HR through to Regulatory change.
Jon helps clients to achieve their strategic change agendas by enabling them to scale their transformation and change capabilities.
He delivers specialist contract and permanent resources as well as outcome-based, end-to-end solutions for organisations using a combination of our bench of top-tier consultants, industry SMEs and programme and project teams. He has supported a wide variety of clients, from FTSE 100 organisations to SMEs across financial services, commerce & industry and professional services.
Phil is an expert in finding, engaging, and managing independent consultants for digital transformation and change programmes.
He has an extensive network and a track record of delivering results.
Since graduating from the University of Nottingham, Johannah has developed her career in Marketing and Design within the events, InsurTech and Recruitment industries.
Johannah is responsible for all aspects of Marketing at the Barton Partnership.
Susie joined The Barton Partnership in 2020 as the Head of Contracts and Compliance. She has over 8 years’ Compliance experience, starting her career at an IT recruitment agency. As the Head of Contracts and Compliance, Susie supports the Independent Consulting Team to manage and co-ordinate their portfolio of Consultants and Clients, whilst also working closely with the Finance Team.
Julie joined The Barton Partnership in 2021 as Group Financial Controller. Julie has a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance, is qualified with CIMA, and has13 years of PQE experience.
Her background has been in client-centred businesses, working in a variety of media and marketing agencies, professional services and recruitment companies. She joined The Barton Partnership to streamline our processes, build reporting functionality and develop finance partnering.
